For those of you following Vikram’s travel schedule, he’s heading back to the west coast this week to deliver two more search marketing seminars for the California Hotel & Lodging Association.  I’m posting details below for any of our readers who may wish to attend. Vikram visits CHLA members once again at their inaugural Northern California conference. He has a fantastic presentation planned, and I know attendees will be on the edge of their seats.

His topic is Advanced Search Engine Marketing, and he will be presenting some exciting, cutting-edge ideas.

Putting Down Roots in Hawaii

After patiently growing our business from HQ in Midwestern Chicago (and also San Francisco), we’ve decided to open an office in Honolulu.  Why? Because it gives us the chance to expand our daily hours of operation, expand internationally to the east, and, well, be in Hawaii.

Evision’s new office is located in the spectacular Waikiki Landmark building. Our address is:

Needless to say, everyone at Evision is extremely excited and energized. Vikram, Ronnie and I will all be spending part of our time in the Honolulu office, so local clients will get the chance to work directly with Evision’s owners.  And as you can imagine, everyone in the company looks forward to gathering on Oahu as often as possible!

On a personal note, I want to say that nothing compares to Hawaiian Aloha. Everyone we meet here is warm, welcoming, helpful – and relaxed! It’s a joy to interact with clients, vendors, and neighbors on the islands. The workday flies by with an ocean breeze blowing, even though we get a very early start. And the best part: there is always a beach waiting at the end of the day.

Evision also has more than its share of avid surfers - pretty much everyone except me (so far, but I’m working up to it). Ronnie definitely does his best work after catching some early morning waves. And there’s nothing like the joy on Vikram’s face when he gets up on a board.

We are busy settling in here on Oahu while continuing to do all the things we normally do. We look forward to hearing from any local businesses who may be interested in search marketing education, consulting, or services. We definitely want to let Hawaii know that we are here to stay, and ready to help!
