Evision was honored to be invited to CHLA’s Annual Southern California Conference.

I flew into Los Angeles straight from SMX Seattle to deliver one and a half hours of search strategy to the conference attendees. The seminar was very well received. I think I was able to steer more people into thinking about strategy before they take the leap into the world of search engine marketing.
Photos from the event are coming soon. Thanks again to all the attendees who commended the session, and a special thanks to Lynn Morhfeld for his generous introduction of me as a “search engine rock star.” I did hold back on doing my air guitar…

It was great to be back in California sunshine. I am writing this post on my flight back to Chicago and boy is it turbulent! Rock stars don’t have very good luck with planes, so maybe I will stick with being a search engine educator!

  1. Thanks Vikram for your educational seminar - once again, you got everyone thinking and the emphasis on strategy was very well received - think before you search!

    Travel safe, rock star!

  2. You’re welcome, Lynn! I think the crowd received the seminar very well. It was a great audience, and I really enjoyed talking with people afterwards. Jim had to chase me out of the room so the next session could start.

It’s always a pleasure to speak at your conferences!
